G. Willikers will begin showing at 4 months.
This litter was very much a surprise to us. As always, not easily stated in a short paragraph.
From the beginning....
Zena, my firstborn female had a difficult time becoming pregnant and after 1.5 years I decided to spay her. That day she appeared pregnant! 35 days later
Zena had a litter of 8, c-section, spay ....1 survivor hence : Will
Will was born to Zena and Maxx, hand raised, touch and go for a very long time with many too close calls. Will slept between our pillows then, as he does now. Zena did not acknowlege her baby and was in much discomfort. she came 'round after about 5 months when the work was done!
Will became mature very early....we could not wait much longer to neuter or decide to keep him an intact male. We decided to neuter Will so he could always be our housecat as my husband fell deeply in love with Will.
Will was neutered on a Monday in August of '06
Will fathered the Willfuls on Thursday of that week.
OH MY!
Dave thought he was helping me by letting the babies run, keeping momma in our room as she was in season, and allowed Willy, who was rough with the babies, to keep her "company". After all....he was now a neuter!
Well, don't let that fool you!
Many replies to my question the following morning yeilded many different opinions. The most interesting being 3 mo. 6 mo, or 10 ejaculations.
Will loved his sheepskin so well, that we of course hoped he had.
Exactly 65 days later the Willfuls were born.

My decision to spay Zena was an emotional decision. No longer would I have part of her for breeding, nothing left of what I had wanted very badly.
Apparently higher powers had other intentions by allowing my neuter, son of Zena to sire a litter thus giving me access back into that line.What a delight they have all been. It was a tough decision who to keep, but G. Willikers, aka. Willard won us over. We will watch him, see if he is breeding material while we have fun showing him!
