SCHEDULED SHOWS

Green Bay Wi April 12-13
Jefferson Wi April 19-20

Yearly echoes were scheduled for March 19, 2008 with Dr. Bortnowski.
All kitties passed their physical and echocardiograph with flying colors.

Picture perfect hearts.

Sept. 22
Babe brought home 3 Best Champion ribbons from MN

Sept 8
Babe became a Champion in Peoria Illinois.

August 25
Babe went to Racine as a 7 month old kitten, his last kitten show.  Kitten that he is, he was described as the JUMBO version of a maine.
There are medium size main coons, there are large size maine coons...then there are JUMBO.
Although size should not ever be the determining factor, he is hard to ignore at 16.9 pounds for 7 months. The judge's statement included his incredible boning, like that of tree trunks, his long rectangular body and incredible tail and coat.
***************
 3rd best Longhair kitten,
7th best Allbreed kitten,
Best Maine coon kitten.:)
*****************
We need to work on his shyness. He would rather cuddle than stand up and show.:) We will work on that. He is much like his daddy that way....just cuddle as they can't throw his fuzzies for retrieval.:(

On to Peoria!

Babe attended his first CFA kitten show June 3 at 4 months of age. He was less than enthusiastic about being shown.  He would rather be at home, retrieving his fuzzies.
We will be out again soon, to "better acclimate"  to the show ring.

April 14-15
Jazzy became a Champion at the CFA Green Bay show!
G. Willikers  entered his first show and brought home many rosettes!

November 27, 2006

All breeding cats passed their heart exams (echo cardiographs)  by Dr. Bortnowski today with flying colors. Picture perfect.

Sunday November 5

TICA Show

Milw. Wi

Cudahy Kennel Club

this will be Jazzy's coming out party....come wish her luck!

Jazzy did fairly well for her first time out to show.  She wasn't sure why all the tail pulling and stretching, but she didn't mind. The maine coon kittens numbered 3. Jazzy was the very youngest, the others being 7 months and close to being recognized as adults. Jazz did receive a second best of breed , which allowed her to take her pride home with her. :) We may just try this again she said.
